YouInTown only collects your city — never your precise GPS coordinates. When you enable auto-location, we detect which city you are in and store only that city name. We do not track your movements, store your GPS coordinates, or share location data with third parties.
We store whether you have marked yourself as available or unavailable. This is visible to your friends on the app.
You may optionally upload a profile photo. This is stored securely and visible to other users.
If you grant permission, we access your device contacts only to help you find friends already using YouInTown. We do not store, sell, or share your contacts with anyone.
