1. Use of the App

YouInTown is a social availability app that lets you share your city and availability with friends. You must be at least 13 years old to use YouInTown.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when registering. One person may not maintain multiple accounts.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use YouInTown for any unlawful purpose
Harass, bully, or harm other users
Post false or misleading information
Attempt to access other users' accounts
Reverse engineer or copy the app
Use automated tools to access the service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you post (such as your profile photo). By posting content, you grant us a limited license to display it within the app for the purpose of providing the service.

5. Availability

We strive to keep YouInTown running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

YouInTown is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or always available.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SuperDuper Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of YouInTown.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of YouInTown after changes constitutes acceptance.
